Track of the Day: Local Natives

Words by Chris, posted in Features, Music, News on... July 16, 2010

Californian harmony-peddlers Local Natives and their dreamy, shimmering melodies are a perfect summer soundtrack.

But the eerie Sun Hands, taken from their debut album Gorilla Manor, has been given a dirty makeover by Lewis Pesacov of Fool’s Gold fame, complete with deep basslines and a line-spitting contribution from rapper Aristotle Pop A Bottle.

You can download it for free below, courtesy of Rcrd Lbl. Like what you hear? then get on and buy their stunning debut album when you’re done listening to this.
