Words by Chris, posted in Features, Music, News on... July 15, 2010

In our ongoing quest to find you the hottest tracks available for free, today’s offering gives you the chance to get a taste of Chapel Club ahead of their hotly anticipated headline slot at the Off The Cuff Festival.

Chosen as the hottest record in the world right now by Radio 1′s Huw Stephens last night, The Shore is a dark, brooding explosion of emotion, blending The Smiths with Interpol.

It’s an epic six minute adventure and you can download it for free by signing up for the band’s mailing list at their official site, or filling in your email address below.

You can also read a full interview with them in this month’s issue.

Chapel Club headline the opening night of the Off The Cuff Festival taking place at The Flapper in Kingston Row, Birmingham, from July 23-25. Tickets, starting from £5 are available at www.wegottickets.com.

Track of the Day is aimed at showcasing the best music around while giving you the chance to download a free treat, with the intention that you then support the bands and artists you like by buying more of their records and paying to see them. So please do that, that would be lovely for everyone.
