Factory Floor To Play Hare & Hounds, May 16

This Is Tmrw bring London industrial electro trio Factory Floor to the Hare & Hounds in Kings Heath tomorrow night, May 16.

Having been described simultaneously as ‘metronomic synth noir’ and ‘unsettling disco’; ‘post-industrial electro rock’ and ‘underworld no-wave’, the band released their debut eponymous album through Rough Trade / DFA in late 2013.

The record, which gained much critical acclaim from key players in the music press, was produced and recorded by the band themselves in their North London warehouse space on a vintage mixing desk originally used by Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics.

Factory Floor have attracted a reputation for being incredibly versatile, equally at home playing raves, festivals, galleries, cinemas, nightclubs and rock shows.

The band are supported in Birmingham by Liverpool electro ambience duo D R O H N E and local industrial electro four piece, The Grafham Water Sailing Club, a truly excellent live outfit.

Factory Floor play the Hare & Hounds, Kings Heath on Friday, May 16. Tickets are priced at £10 advance and are available here. A limited number of tickets will be available on the door at a slightly higher price.
