After appearing on the main stage last year with Mr Jukes, Barney Artist is amongst the latest additions announced for 2022’s Mostly Jazz Funk and Soul Festival.
Alongside working with Mr Jukes (aka Bombay Bicycle Club’s Jack Steadman), London rapper Barney has also collaborated with Tom Misch, Loyle Carner and (on Check The Pulse) Birmingham’s own Kofi Stone.
Also added to the line-up are international DJ collective Horse Meat Disco, who just released the latest in the popular Back To Mine mix/compilation series. Among the acts they selected for the album are tracks from Róisín Murphy, Gwen McCrae, The RAH Band, and Kathy Sledge.

Mostly runs from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 July 2022 at Moseley Park and Pool, Birmingham. This year’s headliners include The Specials, The Fatback Band, Al McKay’s Earth Wind And Fire Experience, Cameo, and The Wailers.
